EAT Bon Appétit is a family-owned restaurant in Managua, Nicaragua. It's food consists of a "farm-to-table" concept, a first of its kind in the country. We worked on the creation of their logo, interior look and feel as well as packaging.
Recognizing an opportunity for more creativity in the local cuisine, we decided to put our desire to showcase ingredients Nicaragua has readily available to work for us. We integrate homegrown ingredients into all of our dishes, we bake all of our own breads, and make everything from scratch. There is no skimping, no substituting, and no room for mediocrity in our kitchen.
